Cacoo is a website to create diagrams. You can create anything from a seating chart to a greeting card to a flow chart.
I think it can be used in education by teachers and creating a seating chart for the classroom. Students can use it by creating any type of chart/diagram they can imagine. Students can create a mindmap for different subjects. These diagrams can be shared with friends so they could be shared with classmates and the teacher.
